SCDN is a Lebanese NGO, established in Beirut on June 9, 2010 by decree 1154 issued by The Minister of Interior and Municipalities.
Our Goals Are:
1. Economic, Social and Environmental Development.
2. Emergency and Relief.
3. Economic and Development Consultations and Studies.
4. Technical and Administrative Training.
